Overview
Located in beautiful Zhejiang province, Hang Zhou is one of the most famous tourist destinations for the Chinese. The magnificent Western Lake is surrounded by mountains that are spotted with temples, pagodas, and traditional Chinese architecture. Zhejiang Chinese Medical University is renown for its TCM doctors, distinguished professors and leading researchers. Clinics and classes will focus on common conditions. Tours, dinners and treatments are included in package.

Clinic and Lecture: Approved by the NCCAOM for 50 CEU's
A 2-week program at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU) with 30 hrs. in clinic and 24 hrs. in classroom, Mon. through Fri. Clinic observation occurs 8:30 - 11:30am with lecture in afternoons 1:30 - 4:30pm. Lectures will occur 4 times per week. Each class will address a common disease and discuss the etiology, pathology, pattern differentiations, and treatment protocols. Students will receive a variety of lecture topics that cover acupuncture, herbal medicine, and bodywork. They will also be updated on the most recent research that is being done in research centers associated with the university.
Cost: Special rates for Acupressure Therapy Institute (ATI) registrants
2 weeks $3,400 ($2,850 with early registration & group discounts: a $550 discount special for ATI registrants!)
$500 deposit is required. Enroll by the early registration deadline: July 9, 2010 to receive $250 early registration discount to be applied to balance. If a minimum of five people register, each person will receive an additional $300 group discount. This is a $550 special discount if you register through ATI. This is the deepest discount possible.
Final registration and complete payment 45 days before departure (Aug. 25, 2010), otherwise a $100 late fee will be charged.
Costs include tuition, pickup at airport, hotel accommodations, transportation from Shanghai to Hang Zhou, four group dinners, 5 massages, and weekend tours. Additional money should be brought for shopping, meals, and daily transportation (a recommended minimum of $500). Airfare to and from China is not included.
